What do I do to get the PMI PMP Certification?
1. To get the PMI PMP certifcation 4500 hours of project management experience is required.
2. 35hours of Project Management training needs to be gone through.
3. Become PMI member in pmi.org (Optional). But recommended
4. Apply for PMP exam in pmi.org website.
5. Application will be approved by PMI.
6. If it hold for audit then follow the PMI instruction
7. Once it got approved, then schedule for exam date in any nearest prometric center

How do I handle non productive team members?
Team members may be non productive or apathetic because of various reaosns. Need to identify the root cause of the problem. If a team members shuddenly become non productive it is project manager issue. Project manager is primary responsible person to identify the root cause of the issue.
Following may be the reasons.
1. Skill set not matched with current job
2. Current job allocated to him is not challenging or not meet his expectation.
3. He is not recognized or rewarded for the job performed by him
4. Respectfulness
5.Under estimate him
All the above will affect a team members and make him non productive and spoil the environment.
Project managers address their concerns and needs to make them productive.
Provide more responsibility to him and assign more challenging job and make environment more resourcefullness and improve productivity thru rewards and points. At the same token rewards and points should not hurt others
